The computer understands English as a basic language except in other regions where French or Arabic is the general language. Computers are then reprogrammed to such regional languages. The computer is programmed to accept data in an organized way. This calls for an understanding of the body of rules that describe the structure of expression in a language. It is therefore a cardinal point for consideration to understand the elements of business communication. A wrong grammatical expression entered into the computer’s graphic user interface or command line interface will throw an error or exception when the computer is not familiar with the structure of the language.
