What is Stomach Ulcer?
The stomach ulcer is caused by an infection with bacteria known as H.pylor. Stomach ulcer also known as Peptic or gastric ulcer is a Sore that gradually develops in the lining of the small intestine, duodenum or oesophagus that causes pain. The pain becomes extreme when the wound expands and is left without being treated. This can make the stomach to become eventually perforated which can lead to death. The pain caused by stomach ulcer occurs around the chest and the belly button.

Quit drinking Alcohol: Drinking alcohol and hot drinks is not good for ulcer patients. Alcohol and Hot drinks tend to occupy the space of food in the stomach. It causes dehydration and releases toxins which interfere with the healing process of the sore in the stomach. It is therefore imperative to quit taking beer, strong drinks and alcohol as the after effect is detrimental to the health of an ulcer patient.
