Snapchat doesn’t have the feature in which users could save snap videos sent to them. On a norm received snaps are immediately deleted after been viewed. Considering recent updates, it is obvious SnapChat won’t be having the snap save feature soon. Thanks to app developers, there are now third-party apps we can use to save snaps.

How To Save Snapchat Videos

- How to save personal Snapchat videos
- How to save received snapchat videos.
How To Save Personal Snapchat videos
- Launch your SnapChat app
- Navigate to settings and then move on to memories.
- Select the option to save videos to camera roll or select option to save to memories.
Snaps saved to memories will automatically be saved to SnapChatcloud and can only be viewed from the memories tab on snap chat.
Snaps saved to camera roll will be saved automatically to your phone’s storage which you will still be able to view it even if the SnapChat app is deleted.
How To Save received Snapchat videos
- Download a screen recorder. Whether you are using SnapChatp on Andriod or iOS, there are screen recording apps you can download from the store. (Google PlayStore or Apple app store)
- Install and launch the screen recorder and start recording
- Launch SnapChatand start playing received video
Note: Do not open the received SnapChat video unless your screen recorder has started recording. Received Snap videos get deleted immediately after they have been viewed.
