The speed of development in this century has been applauded as new technology evolution has made life better. Nevertheless this seems to be a threat to the employment of humans for certain jobs. Here some technologies that have started reducing the need for human services.
Self Driving Vehicles: Next Generation Cars which are going through last test phases are almost set to flood the roads. This cars are electric powered vehicles that interpret navigation instructions through a secured communication network and turns it to actions. These cars have driving and road rules installed in their memories and brain boxes which helps them to interpret operation instructions. They come with options of manual, automatic and semi-automatic navigation. When set to automatic, the cars can drive users to specific location set on the GPS without human interference. When set to manual the owner is totally responsible for navigation to desired location. Semi-automatic options allow drivers to rest for a short time while travelling long journeys before they later take the steering. Transportation Companies like Uber and Taxify will soon depend on automated navigations, drop-off and pick-up services to generate revenue. This will mean the real human drivers needed in such organizations will be fewer since the cars can now drive themselves. Private car owners who have been paying drivers to use their services will also consider the option of saving money and downloading the software required to automatically instruct the car to carry them to desired location.

These are cases that have long needed scheduled treatments from doctors and nurses before the invention of the machine. Customer support is one of the highest job producing sectors in the world.
