How to Enable Night Mode on Chrome Browser.

Night mode is now an appreciated feature  on android and quite a number of Android apps have integrated it into their settings. A typical example is the twitter mobile app. It is very easy to switch between daylight and night modes.

That's how twitter looks like when on the night mode.

And this is the daylight mode.

Which ever one you prefer, it is easy to switch on twitter. But Chrome requires more processes. Now let's take a look at the steps.

HOW TO ENABLE NIGHT MODE ON CHROME.

To enable night mode on chrome, follow the steps below:

#1 Launch Chrome browser on your android phone.

#2 Click on the three-dot icon and select settings.

#3 Choose the "ACCESSIBILITY" option.

#4 Then select the "SIMPLIFIED VIEW" option.

You're almost there! You can't give up now!

#5 Now go to any website of your choice, preferably shopinverse.com

#6 Then select an article to read. You will see a pop-up at the bottom saying, ‘Show simplified view’. Tap it to convert.

NB: This works only when you read an article not when you are on the homepage.

#7 Once you've converted the page, select the three icons on the top right corner. Then click on APPEARANCE option.

#8 Then you get to decide which shade you want:

Dark, which is the night mode; or

Sepia which is of a cooler effect.

And that's it! We done with the processes and steps. I bet you must have thought it was a long process, but trust me, it is worth it.
