Warranty Policy

At Shopinverse, we are committed to providing quality products and dependable after-sales support. Every product sold by Shopinverse is professionally tested before delivery. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, what is excluded, and how warranty claims are handled.

1. Warranty Eligibility

To qualify for warranty service, you must:

  • Present a valid Shopinverse receipt or invoice.
  • Submit the product within the applicable warranty period.
  • Ensure the product has not been tampered with or modified.
  • Return the product with its original warranty seal intact (where applicable).

The warranty becomes void if the seal is:

  • Broken
  • Removed
