**WARRANTY POLICY**
  • Receipt must be presented.

    • Warranty will be voided if the WARRANTY SEAL attached to the product is broken.

    • Warranty does not cover SCREEN.

    • Product with LIQUID or PHYSICAL DAMAGE will not be accepted.

    • Warranty does not cover ACCESSORIES.

    • Warranty does not cover SOFTWARE, including OS or any problem associated with software installed by user.

     

    • No device SWAP but ONLY faulty components will be replaced through warranty.

       

       

      **IMPORTANT INFORMATION**

      Warranty does not cover data loss. You should back up all data and programs before performing repairs or returning a Product, as repair service may require reformatting storage or re-installing an operating system. During the repair process, SHOPINVERSE will not be responsible for personal data safety and rescue.
