Will my order be delivered to my doorstep?
Yes, your package will be delivered to your doorstep.
However, in a situation where our dispatch riders cannot reach the provided shipping address, you will be contacted to pick up your order at the nearest public location or designated pickup center.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is received and confirmed on our website, it will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
What is the expected delivery timeframe for my order?
Delivery time depends on your location. Orders within Lagos State typically arrive within 24–48 hours, while deliveries outside Lagos may take 3–7 business days.
Please note that actual delivery times may vary slightly based on the courier service used. At Shopinverse, we partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your package arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy if you receive the wrong item. This means you have up to 7 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
Please note that after this period, we will no longer be able to offer a refund or replacement.

How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase on our website, simply follow these steps:
- Use the search bar or browse through categories to find your desired product.
- Click on the product to view its details on the product page.
- Click "Add to Cart" to include it in your shopping cart.
- Click the cart icon to view the items in your cart.
- Click "Checkout" to proceed.
- Fill in your billing and shipping information.
- Proceed to the payment page to complete your purchase.
How do I request an upgrade?
Simply select the product you want to purchase. On the product page, scroll to the Upgrade device section and choose the specifications you'd like to upgrade. Once selected, click Add to Cart and proceed with your purchase.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, a confirmation message with your order details will be sent to both the WhatsApp number and email address you provided during checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a shipping notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. To track your order, simply visit the Order Status page and log in using your order number and email address.
