Do warranties apply to used products?

Do your Windows PCs come with a Windows license?

Our Windows PCs do not include a pre-installed Windows license.

However, you can easily purchase and activate a genuine Windows license directly from the official Microsoft website at any time. This gives you full control to choose the version that best suits your needs.

If you need guidance on selecting or installing your Windows license, our team is always happy to assist.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy if you receive the wrong item. This means you have up to 7 days after delivery to request a return or exchange.
